Overlaps with Naoshu (SI 10) . With the arm adducted, follow the posterior axillary crease superiorly to a depression just below the scapular spine. Some sources state this point is 0.5 cun above Jianzhen (SI 9) , which lies posterior and inferior to the shoulder joint, and 1 cun above the posterior end of the axillary fossa.
