Is on the palmar aspect of the hand, along the HT channel between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, 0.5 cun proximal to the second point of Shoujie (T 22.10) , along the edge of the 5th metacarpal. Some sources state it is 1 - 1.5 cun proximal to Shaofu (HT 8) , which is where the tip of the little finger touches when a fist is made. To determine where to needle, palpate for the strongest ah shi sensation in this area of the palm.
